One easy way to ensure you and your kids get a good dose of vitamins and nutrients is to make a smoothie each day for breakfast. There are so many smoothie recipes and it's fun experimenting with different types!
A smoothie is essentially a blended drink of fruits, fruit juices and yogurt. The yogurt can be flavored or plain and will make your smoothie a bit creamy and smooth. It's best to use natural fruit juices without any added sugar.

Nobody wants to be popping 20 pills (or more) a day and it can be hard to know what supplements you need. I always say: Start off with overall nutrition - get the basics in your body and then go from there. Every day we have our dose of Total Nutrition Powder, a Nutrition pack and some protein powder. By giving our bodies what it needs to perform it's amazing the difference in stamina and energy!
It's amazing the difference vitamins and minerals make in giving you more energy and keeping your immune system strong and healthy. The nutrition packs I mentioned are awesome as well. Coming in individual packets you can easily mix them in your water bottle and drink them (they taste great!) to get a good dose of vitamins and minerals. When my youngest was not feeling well the other day I mixed 500 mL of the Solstic Nutrition and she sipped on it all day long, boosting her system with the vitamins and minerals she needed to get better faster!

At Natural e GREEN we do not offer back-orders. Your whole order ships at once and we don't ship out-of-stock items at a later date. A couple reasons for this:
- Cost. It costs money to send items separately. If we do this for free then it cuts into our sales and we can not offer the low prices that we do now. If we get you to pay for the shipping the second time around then it costs you more which isn't right either.
- Have you ever ordered a back-ordered item only to have it show up two weeks after Christmas? I have! Natural e GREEN doesn't allow back-ordered items to be pre-sold because we don't know exactly when they will be back in stock (our suppliers can get busy this time of year) and we can't guarantee the shipping in time (Canada Post gets very busy too!)

Another year goes by and November 4th rolls around - Happy Birthday to my good friend Wes Bartley!
Not sure where you are but I sure do hope you followed your dreams and are somewhere warm and close to coral reefs, sunken ships and aquatic life galore! I told you I'd never miss wishing you a happy birthday and in over 10 years I still keep this promise!
14 years ago you influenced my life in a way that would change who I was to become. While neither of us knew just how much it would change my life, looking back now I can see that everything I've done in life, all I've become, all goes back to a decision I made 14 years ago, a decision that you helped me make and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Life is funny and true friends are hard to find, and truthfully, true friends find us. I am glad our paths crossed and you will always be one of my few friends that I trust & respect. You showed me how to trust and believe in others and take chances. You made me want to be a better person and to aspire for more. You challenged me to think outside of the box and to believe that the world was my oyster and I could have whatever I wanted if I worked for it.
Being a single mom at that time, I didn't believe you at first, but that changed. Now, looking back, I have you to thank for helping me believe in myself and to not live within the artificial boundaries of what I thought was my life.

You can customize each basket in terms of what kind of cellophane wrapping you want and any messages you want us to put on the labels for you! We can send the whole order direct to you if you giving the presents direct to recipients OR we can send them direct to your recipients for you!
